S. production and are grown mainly in southeastern Virginia, northeastern North Carolina, South Carolina, and West Texas. These peanuts are one of the four main types of peanuts grown in the United States. The other types of peanuts are Runner Peanuts, Spanish Peanuts, and Valencia Peanuts.
